1. Registration & Payments
All registrations made prior to the conference must be paid in full to confirm the registration. Once payment has been received, a confirmation email will be sent to your registered email. If payment is not made at the time of booking, registration will be unconfirmed.

2. Cancellations
Participants may nominate an alternative person from their organization to attend up to two days prior to the start of the event, at no extra charge. The cancellation charges apply as follows: More than 60 days prior to start of the event: 20% less than the registration fees. 60 days or less prior to the start of the event: non-refundable. Note: All the refunds will be done after the completion of the event.

3. Alterations of the conference Program – Cancellation/Postponement of Event
GCNESR reserves the right to make alterations to the conference program, venue and timings. In the unlikely event of the conference is cancelled by GCNESR, a full refund (after deducting the processing charges) will be made. GCNESR Liability will be limited to the registration fees amount paid by the delegate. In the event, for whatever reason, that the conference is postponed or the dates are changed, the organizers shall not be liable for any expenditure, damage or loss incurred by the delegate. In case of any natural disasters, calamities or terrorism activity, the organizer cannot accept refund requests from the conference delegates, speakers or attendees that result from cancelled flights and or natural disasters, calamities, terrorism activity. The organizer will provide options to transfer their registration fee and accommodation charges to any future or related conferences.

4. Speakers
Views expressed by speakers are their own. GCNESR cannot accept liability for advice given, or views expressed, by any speaker at the conference or in any material provided to delegates.

5. Photography & Filming
For promotional purposes, the event may be recorded and photographed. Delegates who do not wish to be filmed or recorded should advise the organizers by email to contact@nursingsciedu.com prior to the event.

6. Data Protection
By submitting registration details, delegates agree to allow GCNESR and companies associated with the conference to contact them regarding their services. Delegates who do not wish to receive such communications shall email contact@nursingsciedu.com. The contact details of registered delegates will be placed on the attendee list which will be passed to sponsoring companies and to all attendees for them to see who is at the conference for the purpose of networking and meetings. Delegates who do not wish to be included on this list should advise at the time of registration.

7. Websites & Links
The conference and associated GCNESR websites may link to other websites and networking tools provided for the convenience of the users. The contents of these websites are maintained by their owners, for which GCNESR takes no responsibility. Neither can responsibility be taken by GCNESR for contents of any website linking to the conference website.

8. Speakers Terms & Conditions
GCNESR may use the speaker’s name and presentation materials for promoting delegate attendance at the conference. Presentations and papers including all associated artwork and illustrations will not be returned unless specifically requested by the author. GCNESR may audio and/or video tape the speaker’s session and the recording may be reproduced as part of the overall conference materials. This allows delegates to check audio/video copies of presentations that they may have been unable to attend. GCNESR may reproduce copies of the speaker’s presentation (eg. PowerPoint slides or supporting handouts) on paper and/or electronically and these may be a part of the overall hand-out materials during the conference and after the event. Any acknowledgement regarding Copyright or support should be included at the end of the abstract/presentation, as these will be distributed to the conference delegates. Speakers who do not wish to give permission for the above speakers terms and conditions, shall email contact@nursingsciedu.com before the commencement of the conference.

9. Plagiarism
“Plagiarism” occurs when someone misrepresents, as his or her own work, the work, written or otherwise, of any other person or of any institution. Each participant to GCNESR events confirms that he has neither committed plagiarism nor collusion and he has declared all co-authors in case of collaborative work.
